SmartGuard manufactures custom polycarbonate drop box covers designed to protect mail slots and collection boxes while maintaining secure access.

This custom cover was fabricated from ¼″ clear polycarbonate, providing excellent durability, visibility, and impact resistance. The cover was designed to fit over an existing mail slot drop box while allowing residents to easily deposit mail while keeping the contents protected.

The custom cover measured 13.5″ wide × 7″ high × 1.5″ deep and included a ½″ flange on all four sides to provide a secure and stable installation. All edges were rounded and smoothed to ensure safe handling and a clean finished appearance.

To allow access when needed, the cover features a removable sliding lid that can be lifted and completely removed. A cam lock mounted on the top of the cover secures the lid to help prevent unauthorized access. The cover also includes pre-drilled mounting holes for quick and easy installation.

This custom drop box cover was installed at a residential community in Tarpon Springs, Florida to provide an added layer of protection and controlled access to the community mail slot.
