Shipping & Returns

Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns. Please make sure you are ordering the correct part and the correct size.

 

Shipping Costs in the Cart: Enter the Country, State and Zip Code for the delivery the Update Totals. The Cart Totals will show shipping options for you to select your preferred carrier and preferred method. In most cases, UPS Ground will be the carrier selected by default.

 

Shipping Costs through Check Out: You may wait to select your preferred carrier and shipping method by selecting the option you would prefer while processing through Check Out.

Overnight or Express Order: Overnight or Express orders received before 10:00 am will be shipped for most items. Each item on our website will tell you the lead time and if the product is available of same day shipping.

 

Shipping to Job Sites:  We strongly recommend you do not ship to a job site. If you choose to ship to a job site, please make proper notes in the Order Notes, be sure the Ship To address you provided is an address you know the carrier you selected will deliver to. Loss of a delivered package to a job site is the responsibility of the purchaser. Clear Industries cannot submit freight lost claims for shipments to a job site.

 

Shipping Restrictions: We are not able to ship PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses. For items eligible for delivery to Alaska and Hawaii, please allow an additional 5-10 business days. Additional remote surcharges may apply.

 

Document with Shipment: Packing Lists without pricing will be included with your shipment. Boxes will be marked with items enclosed in each box. Multiple box shipments will note on each box “1 of 3”, 2 of 3 etc.

 

Tracking: The invoice e-mailed and the packing list in the box will include all tracking number for your order.

 

Shipping Damage: If you are present at the time of delivery, refuse the broken or damaged items with the carrier and, when applicable, note the damage on the delivery receipt. Report damages to our office by e-mail to [email protected]. Damaged shipments must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Please take photos of the packaging and the damage items. A claim will be submitted to the carrier for processing.
